We are delighted to have teamed up with Kingston Mortgage Services Limited to offer our customers independent mortgage advice. At any one time there can be hundreds of mortgage products. Kingston Mortgage Services provide advice on varying types of mortgages across the whole mortgage market with the ability to look at all products and offers available and choose the one best suited to your circumstances (Your home may be repossessed if you not keep up with repayments on your mortgage).
When appropriate and with your consent we can set up an OPEN DAY on your property which is a strategically structured event usually on a Saturday with potential buyers arriving at pre-arranged times in fairly close sucession creating a sense of competition for a desirable property. This sevice is also a convenient way of conducting all the viewings on one day which can be benifical if you have a busy home life. Unless your property is empty we will contact you before any viewings take place to ensure that it is convenient and that your property is ready to be viewed. We will accompany the buyers unless you are happy to do this yourself. We will be pleased to be entrusted with a key and conduct viewings on your behalf.

Maximum exposure of your property is paramount. We want to reach as many potential buyers as possible. Specific time is allocated to contacting our extensive database of buyers and your property is uploaded to the major property websites. A For Sale board (if required) will generate extra enquiries, which when coupled with our prominent office window displays provide for additional 24 hour marketing tools.
How many viewings have I had? what did people say about my property? When is my buyer having their survey? Our philosophy is to provide answers before you need to ask the questions. Marketing updates, continual feedback and real-time sales progression updates.
Most of our viewing activity takes place outside of normal working hours, with Saturday our busiest day of the week right through from morning until early evening. As you may imagine, e-mail and internet activity is constant so we are structured to be available, and adequately staffed, when we are needed the most.
Using a local solicitor is always a plus, they know the area, the local authority and as such will be experienced with typical area specific enquiries often raised by the buyer’s solicitor. We can recommend local solicitors as well as other services such as mortgage advice, removals and surveying.
Getting you to the end is what it’s all about, which is why our selling fee is payable at the end of the process. From start to finish our aims are clear. Achieve the best possible result for our seller, by listening and being there for them every step of the way. When the job is done, we are then paid and, having made sure your experience was a good one, you will tell others where to come when they need to move.
