We provide a free no obligation valuation and market advice on your

DEPOSITS
All prospective tenants will be requested to complete an application form and furnish us with a holding administration fee. All deposits taken by us are held in a clients account and as a legal requirement are insured with My Deposits.


REFERENCES
The secret of successful lettings depends on the quality of the tenant. When a prospective Tenant has been found we employ Home Let the longest established reference agency who will do a credit scoring and check and will take up suitable references usually with the tenants previous landlord, bank, employer and also request a character assessment reference.


CONTRACTS
When all of our enquiries are completed an appointment will be made for prospective Tenants to visit the office to sign the Assured Shorthold Tenancy contract and pay the first month's rent and the returnable deposit. This protected deposit will be held by Connor Prince against any di lapidations to the rented property.


INVENTORIES
If required we can provide a full check-in and check-out procedure and can produce a full inventory which will be carried out by an independent professional company and charged according to the size of the property.
